  1. Hi @RangNiamh

Thanks for sharing your Halloween artwork! Hope you enjoy Halloween.

How do you celebrate it in Ireland? It isn’t as big here in Australia as in USA but some do dress up and go trick and treating.

Have you thought of adding visitor maps or a ClustrMaps to your sidebar so you can see how visits you and from which countries? You can read more here – http://teacherchallenge.edublogs.org/step-5-adding-widgets/#Commonly_used_visitor_tracking_widgets

    • Hi Sue, thank you so much, I saw other schools using @edublogs so decided to try! Halloween is crazy in Ireland, thankfully we are on holidays! The shops are selling halloween goodies for weeks now and every hotel, leisure centre, museum etc has special halloween spooky, spook-tacular, scare-tastic events! On Friday most children between 4 & 14 will dress up and wither go out at about 6 pm collecting goodies or stay at home and give out goodies, when we were little we went Ar an buca – On the ghost but now I think they say Help the Halloween Party! Afterwards most children are home by 8/9 and head to bed full of goodies, some might go to small organised events or family parties, my 13 year old is going to his first disco…… Scary times for mummies of all types!
Thanks you for your advice, I have been blogging with my class since Jan 2014 and it has been an amazing journey! Thank you to edublogs!
Best wishes and thanks again! Niamh Uí
