ZERO TO HERO

Tony is the average pug. Tony eats sleeps and repeats. When Tony’s owner goes to work… he sleeps a bit more, this is the average life for a pug. But one day this routine is broken. His owner goes to work one day, so Tony took a nap… but later that day, a thief came into the house. On instinct, Tony trips him up and the thief hits the ground hard. Tony had gone from zero to hero…his owner would be so happy when he got home! But he wasn’t, for some reason he didn’t seem happy to see a knocked out man in his kitchen…

Hi my name is Callum and I go to Lakers Prep but as it is my last year here I will have to go to high school next year. I have one problem though, I’ve not been accepted to any high school. Worst thing is all my friend have and they’re all going to the same one Hazel Lake High School. They have all been accepted and we haven’t even heard from them yet, we put our name down FOUR MONTHES AGO! A guy told me I wouldn’t get in but later that day I got a letter could this be it?

100 word challenge

It was Friday the 3.4.16. I  was so nervous because I had a swimming competition .The competition is at 2 pm .I was still asleep In my bed but later that day my mom said it was time to get ready . I was ready to go but then my mom got a phone call to say that  the dates for the gymnastic competition was changed to  at 2pm today . I had no idea what to do  cause I have never missed a gymnastic competition or a swimming competition so I had a really big choice to make and I had to make it fast or I wouldn’t make it to either of them .

One day I woke up and ran down stairs because it was my birthday. I looked in the sitting room and nobody was there so I went into the kitchen and everyone jumped out and said SURPRISE there was a big cake on the table and all my friends were coming in an hour I looked out-side and I saw this huge bouncy castle so I got dressed and then all my friends were here and then it started to rain but later that day it stopped and we went out side.

I hear footsteps coming up the stairs its coming closer and closer and then my bedroom door opens. ‘Happy birthday Rose!’ my family shouted and it was a really big surprise, there was balloons, a cake and it was everything a girl could dream of. Later on, we went and gave invitations to all my friends and family. ‘It’s here, it’s here! I shouted in an excited way. ‘The bouncy castle it’s here YAY!’ Then after we got the house ready everyone came it was a lovely day, but later that day, my granddad died on my birthday.

The Sale

Monday 2^nd of August 2005 a man called Augie wanted to buy a lamp for $16 “Excuse me sir, but I really need that lamp.” Said Augie. And the guy who works there Bob asked him “How much do you have?” asked Bob. “$10.” As Augie answered Bob. “I’m sorry, sir with less price of money you can’t have it.” But later that day $6. #I did it, I can buy the lamp!# “Bob, I would like to buy that lamp.” #I got the lamp forever!#

First Day of Secondary School

Today was Aoifes first day of Secondary School.

She got dressed, put her makeup on, and tied her hair back in a loose bun.

She walked to school but on the way,

She bought a dairy milk behind her mams back.

She walked in but nobody looked at her.

She was a stranger to them.

Nobody partnered with her at any classes,

But later that day she sat on her own at lunch.

“Is this seat taken?”

“Nope” Replied Aoife without looking up.

“My name is Sarah” she said trying to make conversation.

They were friends ever since.
