One night as the crew were sleeping a giant metal ball burst through the side of the ship. “We’re under attack” screeched one of the men. “Pirates!” shouted another. There were loud sounds of gun shots on the upper deck. I ran up, I could see that the crew of the ship beside us was trying to board us! Another canon ball hit the ship, I grabbed the wheel and turned the ship around but since it was still dark out I didn’t know where I was going the ship was quickly beached on the island of Inis Oirr. There was only one survivor of the attack, me!
